You’ll find it here. The Access/VSA International LEAD Cultural Access track includes professionals from across the globe, and across the cultural arts spectrum—from theatres to museums to parks. We all share a common goal: a desire to ensure the arts are accessible to people with disabilities, and a commitment to share information and resources to make that desire a reality.

 Choose the LEAD® Cultural Access Track!

The Access/VSA International Network consists of three tracks:

Creatives Arts and Special Education LEAD Cultural Access
For creatives with disabilities (including students in transition) and disability-led companies and those that focus on artists with disabilities and/or art making with people with disabilities For educators and anyone involved in the success of students with disabilities PreK-Grade 12 For staff and professionals working to provide access in environments such as theaters, museums, parks, and other cultural institutions

Membership Costs:

  • Premium Organization: $125 per year
    5 linked members. Conference discount for up to 3 people.
  • Standard Organization: $75 per year
    3 linked members. Conference discount for up to 2 people. 
  • Individual: $30 per year
  • Student: $25 per year

Not all membership applications will be accepted into the LEAD® Cultural Access track. Preference will be given to paid staff of cultural arts organizations, or cultural arts service or government agencies that are directly responsible for making programs and facilities accessible to people with disabilities. The Kennedy Center reserves the right to decline applications for the LEAD® Cultural Access track. In the event that an application is declined, the Center will offer membership in an alternative track, or will issue a refund for any fees collected.
