This session is an overview of the grounding concepts for reflecting on neurodiverse accessible and inclusive arts. A brief overview of self-regulation, sensory and cognitive processing, and relational dynamics grounds participants in exploratory and discovery processes rather than a checklist approach. Guiding principles and examples of potential engagement methods using a person-environment-activity analysis approach will be discussed.
