Teaching students with language-based learning differences through an arts-focused curriculum has proven to be a highly successful approach that is transferable to all classrooms. This webinar will explore how the visual arts can be used as a powerful tool to excite and engage our diverse learners. Creating active learning opportunities that reduce anxiety, alleviate frustration, and minimize tension are all attainable with a strong arts foundation. Incorporating visual art helps to build an environment of trust during teaching and learning.
